Jingwei Qili released the first domestic FPGA chip H3C08 with a 22nm process

HME Jingwei Qili announced the launch of its Hercules H series new generation product H3C08 chip (H3 series product), which is the first domestic FPGA chip based on the 22nm process and has been successfully mass-produced.
According to the official introduction, Jingwei Qili H3C08 adopts 6K LUT6 (equivalent to 8K LUT4), the performance can reach 250MHz, it supports hard core MIPI D-PHY Tx, and the interface rate can reach 2.5Gbps. As FPGA chips based on heterogeneous architecture, H3 series products are equipped with 8K high-performance programmable logic resources, 5MB embedded SRAM memory modules, dedicated image/video processing modules, and also integrates 32-bit high-performance processors – Cortex- M3 MCU and rich peripherals realize the perfect combination of MCU, SRAM, MIPI, ASIC and FPGA, which further improves the processing efficiency, operation flexibility, module expandability and functional integration of the product in multiple applications. hmi screen module
The H3C08 chip can be widely used in a variety of applications such as new generation consumer terminals, display bridges, AR&VR, etc., and continues to expand the market field of domestic FPGA chips.
Jingwei Qili is one of the earliest enterprises in China to enter independent research and development, large-scale production, and mass sales of general-purpose FPGA chips and a new generation of heterogeneous programmable computing chips; the company has more than 200 patents, and has independent and complete independent intellectual property rights, covering FPGAs Core design, SOC architecture design, chip development, EDA software development, IP development and other full-stack technology fields.
The full name of FPGA is Field Programmable Gate Array, that is, Field Programmable Gate Array, which is essentially a chip. FPGA chip is one of the four major categories of logic chips. Its biggest feature is field programmability. Users can configure the functions of the FPGA chip through the dedicated EDA software provided by the FPGA chip company according to their actual needs.
